Every purchase made on our platform takes at minimum 1 business day to process. After payment confirmation, our courier partner will pick up the parcel from the vendor. Once the parcel is picked up, the customer will receive an email with the tracking details of their order.

Delivery times may vary depending on the location of the customer. The estimated delivery times are as follows:


Peninsular Malaysia: 2-4 business days

East Malaysia: up to 14 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Hiphub is not responsible for any delays caused by our courier partner or any other unforeseen circumstances.


  1. Shipping Fees


Shipping fees are automatically generated and determined by our courier partners based on the weight, size, and destination of the parcel. The shipping fee will be displayed on the product page and will be added to the total order amount at checkout. The vendors are not responsible for the shipping rate.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details. You can use these details to track your order on our courier partner’s website.


  1. Missing or Damaged Packages
